Data transmitted using the SSL 256 bit encryption level, one of the safest encryption standards. EVOLVE GYM had also obtained verification from RapidSSL by DigiCert. EVOLVE GYM already compliance with ISO 27001 regarding Information Security Management and ISO 9001 regarding Quality Management System. However, just like any other system, safety is the responsibility of the user and provider, please use strong passwords and do not disclose it with anybody.

Data Center
EVOLVE GYM Data Center provide the best safety procedure as well as being well adjusted to the meticulous standards and regulations.

Backup and Review
EVOLVE GYM database is backed-up dan reviewed daily, so you don’t have to worry about losing data.

Account Information
All of your data is secured and encrypted with the best safety standard. EVOLVE GYM and every team member will not access the information that you’ve entered, unless we already got your permission to access.

Use of service
The use of EVOLVE GYM is achieved through your consent to comply with our terms. Please read carefully before using the service. The using terms, or in this case is called “Terms” manage your using and access of mediainovasi.id the website and service from PT.Media Inovasi Indonesia (which is going to be referred to as “EVOLVE GYM” or “us”.) What is offered through our website is called “service”.

In these terms, “you” refers to as the entity, company and/or organization which you are representing.

Service can change at any given time. The change, suspension and any type of modification regarding the service can be done anytime without any notification ahead to you. We can also delete any content from our service according to our policy.

Your Data and Privacy — By using our service, you are giving information to us and the Data that you hand over collectively through the service will be called “your Data”. You have full ownership of your Data. This term doesn’t grant us any right to your Data or your intellectual property, except for the required limited rights to operate the service, such as the points that will be explained below.

You are forbidden to copy, upload, download and/or share the Data, except if you have the right to do so. You, not EVOLVE GYM, will be responsible for what you copied, shared, uploaded, downloaded, used, and/or other actions you have done when using the service.
